Art Department Overview
What can customers expect from our art department regarding service? Our art department is trained in the latest graphics and embroidery techniques. We have over 18 years experience in design.  Let our creative staff help you with your advertisement, logo design, web design or embroidery digitizing.  We have experience working with local and national corporations. Art work specifications
1. Art Work: Artwork should be camera ready, black and white, clean reproduction
of customer’s imprint or logo, etc., needing no touch up. Photocopies, business cards
& faxes are not camera ready. If touch up work is required, it will be billed at the current art hourly rate.
There is no charge for typesetting. Some multi-color
artwork may require rework by the factory to make print ready and will be billed accordingly.

2. Digital/Computer Artwork: Digital artwork files may be submitted for orders.
Artwork that is submitted needs to be Black & White Line Art (vector art).
We accept Adobe Illustrator files, Freehand Files, Photoshop, EPS, PDF or TIF files,
 in Macintosh or Windows format.

ALL FONTS MUST BE CONVERTED TO PATHS, OUTLINES OR CURVES before sending.NO GRAYSCALE, RGB or CMYK IMAGES are accepted, except for 4-Color Process

Scanned images must be scanned in BLACK & WHITE only (bitmap) and the resolution
must be at a minimum of 600 dpi or higher, at the actual print size.

Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Pagemaker, HTML,
GIF
or JPG files are not acceptable artwork files. These software programs do not
create acceptable graphics for printing purposes.  If using CorelDraw: EXPORT your file as an Adobe Illustrator file (.ai) or save as a (cdr) file and be sure to convert all text/fonts to curves when saving. Halftones / Screened Artwork must be approved by the factory.

3. Sending Artwork: You may contact the art dept via E-Mail to artdept.

When emailing us artwork YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR PURCHASE ORDER# AND COMPANY NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE. If the information is not included with your emailed artwork, it will be placed in a temporary file until further information
is received. This could cause a delay in shipping your order.

DO NOT SEND ARTWORK FILES TO ANY OTHER EMAIL ADDRESS AT
TUBBY’S TEES, INC., AS THIS COULD DELAY YOUR ORDER.

We can also accept your digital file on a 3.5 floppy disk, CD-Rom or Zip Disk. When
sending in artwork you must include your Purchase Order #, Company Name, etc.
Artwork received without proper order information will be held in a temporary file until
we receive further information which could delay shipment of your order
